Great success for IGL customers at the DCC Europreisträger Award Ceremony
This year, IGL customers were once again delighted to receive the coveted DCC Europapreis Awards! This year's winners were duly honoured at the warm-p on Thursday evening and at the festive awards ceremony on Friday morning at the Reise & Camping trade fair in Essen.
For us at IGL, it is a special honour that three of our customers have been awarded one of the prestigious prizes this year.
DCC Europapreis 2025 for Camping Schlosshof in Lana
We warmly congratulate the Lanthaler family from Camping Schlosshof in Lana on winning the DCC Europapreis 2025! Their exklusive 5-star campsite, with 135 pitches and 19 rental accommodations, offers its guests the highest level of comfort and a luxurious ambience. Holidaymakers can relax under palm, pine and deciduous trees and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere. Whether it's a refreshing dip in the pool, a cool cocktail in the evening or extended hiking tours - camping at the highest level is celebrated here.
DCC Platinum Europapreis for Camping Natürlich Hell in Zillertal
A very special award went to Karin and Alois Hell of Camping Natürlich Hell in Zillertal. They received the DCC Platinum Europapreis, which is only awarded once a year throughout Europe - an outstanding recognition for campsites that have maintained or further improved an excellent standard for at least ten years. The 5-star campsite impresses with a sustainable concept, state-of-the-art facilities, 195 spacious pitches and 18 comfortable apartments. Particularly noteworthy are the environmentally friendly operational management, the regional ties and the pleasant working atmosphere, which make this place a pioneer in terms of sustainablility! Hearty congratulations!
DCC Platinum Europapreis for Alpen-Caravanpark Tennsee
The second DCC Platinum Europapreis, which is given exclusively to German campsites, also went to one of our valued customers. Congratulations to the Zick family, who spoil their guests with the highest level of comfort at their 5-star Camping Alpen-Caravanpark Tennsee. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Bavarian Alps, the campsite offers a wide range of leisure activities - from hiking and cycling to winter sports. It is a paradise for active holidaymakers who want to combine nature and relaxation.
We are already looking forward to the DCC Europapreis Award ceremony 2026 in Esen and are excited to see which outstanding campsites will be honoured next year!
