75 years DCC - The German Camping club celebrates giant party

The year 2023 is an anniversary year at the German Camping Club (DCC) - 75 years ago the club was founded in Munich.

A lot has changed and evolved since then - from rallies to club events, from a caravan guide to a monthly magazine, from DCC award ceremonies to the digital age with the brand new website www.guide.camping-club.de

Duly celebrated on Pentecost weekend in the Lower Bavarian Karpfham, and many members followed the call. The Volksfestplatz was filled with many caravans and motorhomes, including a marquee where the official program took place with dinner, birthday cake and concerts with music from the last 7 decades.

Also IGL did not miss the opportunity to congratulate the current presidential team, DCC President Dieter Albert and DCC Vice Presidents Udo Hunstiege and Ralf Stolle personally on this anniversary.
